Who we spoke to and how
We gathered the views of more than 3,964 residents.
Who gave their views
- 74.2% were social rented residents
- 25.8% were shared owners
- 11.4% were supported living residents
- 9.7% were other affordable rented residents
How we gathered their views
- 71.5% via telephone interview
- 22.8% via online surveys
- 5.7% via postal questionnaires

Our surveys were carried out in four stages at different times of the year.
